Inulin - for the health of our bodies

Our diet contains very small amounts of inulin, which is found in Jerusalem artichokes or chicory, as well as other fibers in general. Ask any doctor or nutritionist working in any field of medicine and they will tell you that a low fiber intake is one of the main problems of today's diet, which is extremely important because there is almost no part of the body where the fibers directly or indirectly is used.

Let's start from the inside!

The fibers are complex carbohydrates that our enzymes can not break down, and that serve only as source of food beneficial bacteria in our intestines. If we want to have a healthy intestinal flora, which can reduce the risk of developing certain malignancies (eg, cancer of the colon and rectum), then taking fiber as important as the use of probiotics.
